Acquirebiz is operated by Skillup Labs. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Acquirebiz, including our website, marketplace, dashboards, enquiry tools, listing tools, profile tools and related services.

By accessing or using Acquirebiz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding agreements to use Acquirebiz. If you use Acquirebiz on behalf of a company, partnership, trust or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Acquirebiz complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or submitting information to Acquirebiz. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any security issue affecting Acquirebiz.

Acquirebiz is a marketplace and workflow platform. We help users publish, discover, enquire about and manage business sale opportunities, franchise opportunities and broker profiles.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Skillup Labs is not a broker, agent, adviser, accountant, lawyer, financier, franchise consultant or party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee that any listing, enquiry, buyer, seller, broker, franchisor, consultant or opportunity will result in a transaction.

You are responsible for all information, images, documents, messages and other content you submit to Acquirebiz. You must ensure your content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit and publish it.

We may review, edit, reject, remove, suspend or restrict access to content where we reasonably consider it inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, incomplete, harmful or inconsistent with these Terms or the operation of the platform.

You grant Skillup Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, adapt and use your submitted content for the purpose of operating, promoting, securing and improving Acquirebiz.

Acquirebiz may allow buyers, sellers, brokers, franchisors and consultants to send enquiries, replies and other messages. Users are responsible for the content of their communications and for deciding whether to engage with another user.

You must not use Acquirebiz to send spam, misleading offers, abusive messages, unlawful content, malware, scraping requests or communications unrelated to legitimate business, franchise or broker activity.

Acquirebiz may provide document upload, document request, document access and related workflow features. These features are provided for convenience only and do not replace legal, financial, accounting, operational, franchise or commercial due diligence.

You are responsible for deciding what documents to upload or share, who should receive them, and whether confidentiality, non-disclosure or other legal arrangements are required before disclosure.

Acquirebiz may include AI-assisted features that help generate, rewrite, classify, summarise or improve listing, profile or enquiry content. AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable and must be reviewed before use.

If you use import features to extract information from a URL or third-party source, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that information and that the resulting content is accurate and lawful.

Some Acquirebiz features may require a paid plan, subscription, membership or usage fee. Pricing, inclusions and billing intervals will be shown at the time of purchase or in the relevant billing area.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in Australian dollars. You are responsible for all taxes, charges and fees that apply to your purchase. Subscription access may continue until cancelled in accordance with the billing process made available to you.

We may change pricing or plan inclusions from time to time. If a change affects an existing paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before the change applies, where required by law.

Information on Acquirebiz is provided for general marketplace and workflow purposes only. It is not business, legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, migration, employment, franchise or professional advice.

Before buying, selling, investing in, financing, franchising or otherwise acting on an opportunity, you should make your own enquiries and obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals.

You must not misuse Acquirebiz, interfere with platform security, attempt to access another user's account, scrape or harvest data without permission, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.

You must not submit content that is false, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, confidential without permission, infringing, obscene or otherwise unlawful.

We aim to keep Acquirebiz available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access. We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue parts of the platform where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product improvement or business reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on Acquirebiz. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.

Skillup Labs owns or licenses the Acquirebiz platform, including software, design, branding, layout, workflows, text, graphics and other materials, except for user content and third-party materials.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or exploit any part of Acquirebiz except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Acquirebiz, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected, used and disclosed as described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Where we are permitted to limit remedies for a failure to comply with a non-excludable guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquirebiz is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, quality, legality or outcome of any listing, profile, enquiry, document, message, user interaction or opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillup Labs is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or economic loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, failed transaction, failed negotiation or reliance on marketplace content.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Acquirebiz is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim arose, except to the extent this limitation is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Acquirebiz if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the platform, failed to pay applicable fees, or provided inaccurate, misleading or unlawful information.

You may stop using Acquirebiz at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue after termination where they are intended to survive, including provisions about intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, liability and dispute handling.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
